Needed to change the name of one of the passengers

One of our traveling ladies couldn't come due to Covid, so I needed to change the name on that ticket to my daughters name for both flights I was told no that they couldn't do that, and I would have to rebook another flight so spirit airline and customer service sucks I mean really *** happens and I wouldn't even of minded a few for doing this but to tell me no basically I paid for all tickets and put that ladies name in so its just complete *** not only do I lose the money I spent on that person, but I had to spend more money to add a mother ticket and now we wont all be put together for our seat either I will never book with spirit again, and I will tell all my friends not to also User's recommendation: Do not travel with spirit ***.
