Technician did not ask for circuit breaker to wall oven/microwave to be turned off prior to attempting to remove the broiler element of the oven. Almost set fire to the house. After determining the element was unusable, as is the entire oven, repair man says he's ordering a new broiler element and set up an appointment for repair. Element did not arrive; service appointment automatically canceled. Attempts to contact customer service ridiculously frustrating. Between hold times up to 30 minutes then being disconnected by customer (dis)service representative we have no resolution to issue. FYI - product covered under an extended service contract - for what good that does!! User's recommendation: Steer Clear.
