I didn’t receive my tickets it was sent to a bad email

My tickets for this Sundays show in Bethel was inadvertently sent a a GNAIL email Instead of my GMAIL I received one response saying that I have to sign on to the GNAIL account and get link to tix, But I cannot sign on to a GNAIL account. Now I get absolutely no response from them, nobody to talk to. At this point I want my $366 back.
