Wtf????

While on the phone with fan support in regard to my purchase. The gentleman was professional and was trying to see what options he has to help me resolve this issue. At which time an automated system interrupted stating that they are currently closed and for me to call back during normal business hours. And then proceeded to disconnect the call. Not sure who what or why but that is *** considering I sat on hold for over 30 minutes the first time. User's recommendation: Get a direct number or Ext to contact them back on should you be disconnected.
