Dometic NXT Heat Pump OEM installed on my 2020 Forest River Cedar Creek 5th Wheel. The unit worked for about 1 year, although we only used it once. Just out of factory warranty the unit failed, fan and compressor both ran but no cool air or Heat in Heat pump mode. Diagnosis was all the Freon had leaked out of the unit requiring replacement out of warranty. $2000.00 later unit is replaced. User's recommendation: Avoid Dometic A/C units if possible when purchaing an RV.
