Horrible with customer service

I want to speak with a person. I called the 1-80*-477-**** number and got a woman on the other end who passed me on to your automated call system. Some customer service! What I want is for you to send me a schedule of the water delivery. We have bottles piling up because you have failed to send us one. And this is not a new request. I have checked with our town hall in East Hartland and they apparently don't get a satisfactory response from you. I live at 40 South road in East Hartland and want you TODAY to send us a schedule. Otherwise I will call the Better Business Bureau and lodge a complaint.
