I contacted the customer service team because a custom shirt was printed off center & crooked. Even without needing proof they had it reprinted & shipped to me free. I sent pictures because I think its important to show the product I was complaining about. The new one arrived and its center & straight! Very pleased. User's recommendation: Reach out to customer seecice if it isn’t right.
