Mattress keeps leaking down. I was told that it had a lifetime warranty, but they want me to pay for all service and parts, starting with $99.00 in advance, then I have to monitor the thing, and then pay again to have it fixed. I will not deal with them ever again, and will trash the bed rather than pay any more money. Paid too much to start with. User's recommendation: Don't buy from this company.
