I was strung along with false tracking number for a machine that did not. It was difficult to get someone on the phone that could figure anything out. When I finally got in touch with someone there was talk of a pre owned machine being sent. I did not pay pre owned price. If you want a Nordictrack give at least a year of lead time. User's recommendation: Don't.
