They couldn't care less , customer service is a joke .. Id never buy anything from that company again .. bought their top of the line treadmill for my wife 120 LB woman lasted a year , has now been broke for a year , still broke , 3 techs have been to are house .. no one knows whats wrong, begged Nordic to fix or exchange.. they basically told me to get lost ... in so many words .. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.. User's recommendation: Stay clear of Nordic track products (RUN).
