Burned chicken! bad smell and bad taste! incomplete order!!

On drive thru I order 8pcs chicken 2 platter pork chowfan, 1 platter dumpling and a platter of buchi, chicken was only 6pcs. and smells and taste burned! color is dark cooked in already burned oil!! ruin our mother's day celebration!! why do they serve burned food?! they know that it is burned but still serve it. my children cannot eat it. User's recommendation: dont serve burned food!
