Dissatisfied with staff
During pandemic I discontinued using fitness center. Received multiple calls asking for my return membership to MUV. May 4, 2020, representatives called and said if I paid past due (should have never been) for myself and son, she would activate both and give special of 5 months free- which was their promotion at time. I agreed, paid current. Now- I went in Tuesday June 15th to use sauna and was informed membership has been cancelled. I speak with same front desk clerk- Tuesday Wednesday &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; now, Thursday. Nothing resolved.
