Not getting tickets or help

I purchased Thomas the train tickets online. I got the confirmation email but I cannot find the email with the tickets. I have been trying to call they say that theyre not in operation and to email. I have sent four emails and have not heard back at all. I need to get these tickets by Sunday and I have no idea how to do it or what to do
