I have not received a refund on two items returned on March 25, 2020. There was a remaining balance owed and a check was included with the returned items. The customer no. 49997****, order no. .TBJN2300.3003, Debit Memo 03/12/20 6784**-**. It should not take a month to obtain a refund on items returned per instructions on the return label. If I do not receive my refund, chances are highly likely I would not make purchases again from this company. This may also be reported to the BBB if this situation is not resolved in a timely and positive outcome.
