I purchased my first Duracell battery from Bulbs and Batteries only to have it fail in one week. The battery was 100% warranted. The second battery lasted only ten days. Thinking it is impossible to have two faulty batteries, the alternator in my car was replaced to the tune of $850.00. The third and final Duracrap battery failed in less than two weeks. This time armed with a battery/alternator/starter motor diagnostic tool, I ran a check on my system.of course the battery was at fault AGAIN. Batteries and Bulbs refused to give me a cash refund at first but I negotiated a 50% refund. For what it is worth, I had a bunch of loose AA batteries in my camera bag for around five years. All of the Duracraps were swollen and leaking. The EverReady batteries were still good to go. I dont know what Duracell has done to their quality control, but I do know NEVER AGAIN!
