Cold chicken

Today I ordered at the drive-thru at Store #3282, check# 1776. I purchased a 10 piece mix family meal and a burrito. I ask that the chicken be fresh. Because I had requested fresh chicken, I assumed I would receive fresh chicken. The two chicken breast were hot, but the rest was dried out. I call back but it was resolved. I am upset.
