Third failure of the Generac Solar System

We had a system installed on the 23d of April. The utility meter was finally installed yesterday, May 27th enabling the system. This evening, we had a storm related power outage and the system failed. I called the Generac 24/7 number 1-88*-436-**** and after wading through the menu selections to get to the solar system, was told their office was closed. The installing company was also closed. for User's recommendation: DON'T waste your time and money with this company.
