Bought new home stand by generator from menards, been serviced by there tecs, this is the 4th new motor they have installed. Motor 3 they sent out new, tech installed, motor was no good, they sent motor 4 and it is good, they refuse to pay for the labor to there own tech and told them to collect labor from homeowner. User's recommendation: Purchase some other product you will regret trying to get any support from generac, they are horriable.
