Had to resend 2 valentines before only one was received!

My brother's family still haven't received their valentine as of today 2/21/21 and I resent it 2 days ago. It was originally slated for a 2/14 pickup and never arrived. What gives? My other friend didn't receive hers on the due date of 2/14 so I resent it 2 days ago and she finally got it! This is not impressive! User's recommendation: unsure as to any recommendation until your service improves.
