New Customer Problems. Want to cancel and get my money refunded.
I haven't been able to send a card since the first one, when I signed up and paid for membership. Every time I have tried, I can't get past my PASSWORD. Have changed it according to their instructions and still can't move forward. The RED FLAG WRITING, says that they don't recognize it. I only have a small Tablet to work with. No Smart or iPhone or IPad or Computer. Does THAT make a difference? I REALLY have lost interest in using this product. It was an Impulse Purchase and has been nothing but a BIG PAIN to try to get it to work. I even forgot that I have it ! HOW DO I GET A REFUND ON TO MY CREDIT CARD ? THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TO CONTACT !THINK TWICE BEFORE SIGNING UP
