Once you apply under the 14 day free trial you cannot cancel because if you call you get a canned message and no way you talk to a person. They give you a e-mail address and when you tell them to cancel you get a message to cancel by getting into your account. Even then you are hooked for 2 years and then they will not renew your subscription. I have been trying to get away from the site but they keep giving me messages. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY for User's recommendation: Do not get involved with this company.
