I was struck in New York while driving my rental vehicle I called dollar rentals 800 number several times I sat on hold for hours off and on I was transferred to roadside assistance where no one ever answered the phone then I was told that I couldnt have a replacement vehicle I would have to purchase another one I had to Get a Uber to the bus station with a eight year old child another woman all our luggage then I have been charged by the day when the charges shouldve stopped that day that the vehicle was towed this whole situation is
