I called 16 hrs ago for help with a flat that had a screw in it,unknown to driver,so it was driven on for a short while. Put on hold an hour. Got online and they did the research and said they would get to us soon. I need a new tire, ir bring a whole car,i dont care,but i will be asking for a refund of rental soon since i cant drive it Have been home 3 days and still no contact,3-17-21 User's recommendation: Use someone else.
