I was charged a smoking fee of $400 when my wife has asthma and I have underlying conditions that would have put me in my death bed if I smoked... The return customer service (Emilio) did not let us talk about it, he would just walk away. Very rude and racist to my wife and I. He then tried to tell me that he saw what seem to be "weed" on the floor of the car, which I stated that it is grass clippings from the golf cleats I was wearing that day. Very unprofessional and discriminating. We also witnessed another couple denying there rental because of smoke smell. West Palm INT Airport Dollar Rent A Car are thieves if they charge there loyal customer a fee for "smoke smell" that came with the car. User's recommendation: Don't rent from Doller Rent A Car!!!
