Complaint against my home country agency in Bahrain of Nissan

We have paid BD 180 one and a half month for a spare part of my Infiniti Q30 car model 2017 and still the company in my home country didn't call me or reply to me. I am extremely dissatisfied for waiting so long of more than 45 days without any communication or receiving the part of my car. The service is so slow, very expensive and of low quality to the extent that they did not give me a receipt saying that this is a deposit. For every single default my car goes through I have to pay big amount of money and go through bad experience. I would be grateful if you could please help me at the earliest day possible. I am thinking of selling my car and change and go for another car brand.
