Horrible Food, Terrible Customer Service, Incompetent Manager & Help

We were at Wendy's, Commercial Way, Spring Hill, Fl 34607 on this date 04/01/2021 at 5:00PM. We ordered the 5 dollar bag and the Asiago Chicken Club. When we received our order the chicken nuggets were cold, the Double Stack had onion, pickle and condiments on it and it was cold. The Asiago Chicken Club was cold. We also ordered (2) baked potatoes with sour cream and chives. One was a baked potato had a few chives, no sour cream provided and was less than warm. The second baked potato was not a baked potato it was an order of baconator fries. We were given 3 salts, no ketchup no pepper no knife and fork so the entire order was returned. The manager was very nasty to my wife when it was returned and with in 4 minutes we were called back again. This time apparently they did not remake the Double Stack as it was ice-cold still with onion, pickles, and condiments on it instead of just cheese as they were told, the chicken nuggets were Luke warm and the Asiago Chicken was uncooked on the sandwich. The baked potatoes would not even melt the butter that we had to go back 2 times to get. My wife took her Asiago Chicken Sandwich back to the counter and told the worker that it was not cooked, she refused to hear it and said it was even though it was cold and could be wrung out with clear liquid Obviously they had no intention of replacing the Asiago Chicken Sandwich as we waited for 15 minutes and they never acknowledged us anymore. The help was very incompetent and understood nothing they were being told by the customer and the Manager was just as bad if not worse. To make matters worse we were never offered a refund for any of the food. This is wrong as it is stealing to take someone's money and not provide them with an acceptable product for the money. So Wendy's has my money and what I have you could not call food, it was slop, and the Asiago Chicken Club sandwich was never replaced as it should have been. This has to be the worst expierience that I have ever had at any Wendy's or other fast food restaurant. Needless to say I will never go back to this Wendy's and I do want someone from the Corporate Office to refund my $14.00 that I paid for this garbage. If Wendy's if wise they will remove whoever this so called manager that was on duty during this whole incident and was useless in resolving the situation.
