I never got my food

They said it was delivered when it wasn't than i went to message them online they messaged me back once then they blocked me and took my food. My kids were so hungry too and i couldnt get my money back or anything to reorder even. So now im out $31. i feel like i was robbed from you guys. User's recommendation: Never again.
