Sunny Anderson needs to either up her game or get off the show. She adds no value any longer. Her hints, hacks and tips are right off the Internet and nothing new or interesting. Her recipes are lackluster and do not provide value. I do not mind a home cook but bring something to the table both literally and figuratively. User's recommendation: Food Network needs to put her on a Performance Improvement Plan, just like with any job where the employee is not adding enough value or performing up to expectations.
