Poor Service and miss information

Reported a claim to my agent #300-033****-2021. Mr. Murphy Jobin contacted me and said an adjuster would contact me in a couple of days. A week later I contacted Mr. Jobin and told him i had not been contacted. He again told me he would have an adjuster contact me to make an appointment to look at the damage. Still no contact. I was just wondering (without using covid-19 as an excuse) how long you expect me to wait and how long you expect me to remain a customer with this poor service. I have been keeping my schedule open to accommodate an adjuster but cannot continue. I will be fixing the damage my self and we will see how things turn out after I contact The State of Ohio department of insurance and if needed file in small claims court.
