Better business should be notified

I bought several pieces of clothing in a size 2X, I am a size 16 but I like my clothes baggy. When I got the garments they were like a size 12 even though the label was marked 2X. I contacted them right away and said I wanted to return and I wanted a free shipping label because the clothes were not true to size. They said they would not pay for return shipping. I contacted my credit card and made a complaint. I sent the clothes back at my cost, the tracking says they have received the merchandise but I still do not see my refund on my credit card and its been weeks. I would like to see them fix the size problem and all the other customer complaints; or be made legally to close up their fraudulent business.
