One star is generous.This company's website does not specify irregular sizing. The items I received in a women's medium could have fit a small child rather than a regular sized woman. The products are also cheaply made; one dress I received was already falling apart. When I contacted them about returning the items for a refund, I was asked to take pictures of the defective item and provide the SKU numbers and descriptions of each item. This information should've been associated with my order number, which I also provided. Well, I sent pictures, SKU numbers, and item descriptions. After a third attempt to request a refund, the company offered me a $20 coupon to purchase something else even though my order was over $100. I am still waiting to hear back from them and it's been almost a week. Poor quality products, poor customer service, and the return policy is a joke! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
