Promised credit never happened

Original review updated by user Apr 28, 2021 On 7/1/20, I contacted Bike Bandit about a defective battery that was under warranty.. Had to wait about 35 minutes on the phone till customer service picked up. All info given then, but never heard back. I tried e-mailing them on 7/29/20 for for further service. Did receive an e-mail back but no follow-up was ever done on their end. So many numerous calls and unanswered e-mails transpired. Finally, on a phone call to Bike Bandit 12/28/20, I was told that a credit card refund was done. Was told billing would e-mail me confirmation. Several calls later, I still have not received anything from their billing. My credit card company has confirmed that no credit has been issued by Bike Bandit. 10 months later still no resolution. User's recommendation: Stay away from them. Liars!!! Several years ago I had ordered from them with no problems, but that has now certainly changed. One customer service rep blamed it on the California governor. Look I understand the issues this virus thing has caused, but no reason to take care of your customers. They don't deserve your business!!! changedal times.
