Hi need to send 5 items back, their portal doesnt reconize my order number. Emailed them on their web site at least 6 times and no reply. Emailed Bohoo as they have not bought them - no use. I have now emailed customer.care@***.com so will see what happens next, Doubt anything will happen so will get on to the ombudsman. Also i have contacted my credit card company as they seem to be fraudulant User's recommendation: Do not order from Dorothy Perkins.
