Still not heard from you

Still waiting for refund on items sent back, it would be good to get some acknowledgment from my last email, have tried to get hold of customer service to no avail. I sent three items back in May which I would like my money back. I really like the clothes but this experience has made me shop else were. I am a very disappointed customer. User's recommendation: Not to buy online from Dorothy Perkins.
