Very bad refund policy

I returned an order to Dorothy Perkins in April and still fighting for my refund. They continually respond to me requesting a different piece of information each time. Their email always starts with an apology followed by a message stating that they will get it sorted. I don't believe that have any intentions of refunding me. My last email I sent to them expressed my disappointment and told them that I will be starting legal proceedings should they not settle this immediately, causing more time and costs. User's recommendation: If you are waiting for a refund, Take no chances just go straight to court.
