No communication – can’t get through to customer service to resolve since March 2020
Asked for a refund of membership and PT from February to current due to Government shut down of gym. Sent Federal Express package with letter asking for refund for both and still can't get through to anyone with a refund. I prepaid two years of membership and want a refund of 25 sessions of prepaid personal training. User's recommendation: Do Not under any circumstances prepay membership or PT sessions.
