Can’t find repairman for ProVia windows.

The metal hinge that holds the window in place when tilted in, broke. Company that installed ProvVia windows sold out to Marvin windows and Marvin windows does not deal with ProVia windows. Contacted ProVia window manufacturer and cannot get any help from them. Local window installers will not fix it since they didn't install them. So much for the lifetime warranty.
