Double charging consumers

This service is awful. The devices are old and every crevice is packed with dirt and debris. Even during a pandemic. They don't disclose that their payments and charges incur BI WEEKLY until after they sign you into a year contract. You pay TWICE what any other company on the market offers for LESS THAN THE SAME SERVICE. I was promised discounts and promotional offers and had to call to fight and argue with the company NUMEROUS times, just for them to tell me that someone would listen to my previous recorded calls and get back to me. It took MONTHS for them to review the calls and give me the proper discounts promised. Its damn near impossible to get through to a service representative from the automated system. And if by any slight chance that you do, they are even less helpful than the automated prompts that hang up on you when you can't get your call directed correctly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
