Connection – Request Time Out

Hi. I've been working during night time and has no time going into your office to ask for assistance regarding my connection in which I am having problem with. My connection so far is good and I have no complaints however I am having trouble using my company's app (InfusionSoft / Keap) because of Request TimeOut Status. I have tried the command prompt (tracert) and its giving me multiple timeout. I need to know if you guys can help me with this issue. I went to your office last two weeks and also called your customer service and I am receiving NO Help! Please make a way to resolve this. Thank you and God Bless.
