The reason is you never listen to the customer and keep putting propaganda on the tv about the biggest hoax in history which is this Covid. Less of this tyranny and propaganda would be a start but when the truth emerges people are going to jail for a very long time. I have have some fraud done on my account but you didnt want the temporary details so now I am behind but in a couple of days I will pay what I owe and I have to changed my account details and sort code.
