ONCE AGAIN, Tidy has canceled on us. This is FOUR cleaners in a row. I don't see how they stay in business. Their response: "put in back up times for other cleaners to respond"-- we did, THEY CANCELED TOO. We expect a company like Tidy to use responsible professionals who won't waste the customer's time. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE. User's recommendation: Don't waste your time. They may or may not show.
