Do nWe cancelled our flights at the start of the pandemic and were told we could have a full refund. We are still awaiting this refund 16 months later. Very frustrating to not have a phone number to call and we only receive automated responses when we send emails. We are owed around 3000AED User's recommendation: Do not use this company.
