PLEASE SEND THE VOUCHER I PAID FOR TWO MONTHS AGO!

I bid on and won a voucher. I paid $53.55 for it on the end date. I have submitted six inquiries about receiving the voucher. I received one reply with a link to review the status. The link says the page doesn't exist. It has been two months. Is this company really busy, or does it have the worst customer service ever? User's recommendation: BEWARE.
