Update by user Oct 02, 2019 Nothing at all Original review posted by user Oct 01, 2019 The Property manager Amber Bingham ,,Kept saying she didn’t know about anything but she was working with them against me and she call the regional manager T J Norman ,,And he told me that I don’t have to contact main headquarters anymore because he’s gonna take care of it but he was on princeton Estates ,Amber Bingham side about cutting out a piece of a wall and replacing that ,that have Mold on it cause they couldn’t wash it off the wall so they cut it out and put another Piece of Wall in place and plaster and paint the wall in the bathroom the other walls in the kitchen and the living room the washed they and painted....From my understanding when there’s mold in a property in the wall you have to treat the area with different kind of chemicals which they did not do what he did was turn out and wash and I was it and the Region manager T J Norman come out and email me and say there’s no sign of anything like that and all the plaster have been fixed then they sent me a paper telling me about rent and going to court and eviction ,,,I don’t understand why he did not want me to contact the main with quarters it anymore because they need to know that this property I have a lot of issues I need to be fixed and all the people as they’re doing is getting a paycheck and they will see that’ why so many people that move out all the time every time you turn around someone moving out ,,because they don’t fix anything I believe they need to get a whole new crew over there starting from property manager to the assistant property manager And on down ..Cause it doesn’t make sense how people want you to pay higher rent and I don’t want to fix your apartment the main headquarters really do need to send someone down to check the property out to see these people are NOT doing there job ,,and see why people keep moving out,,,all the properties in the area to be sure they all are doing what they suppose to do.....
