I have lived on this property for almost 9 years in the same residence. Currently I have a family member visiting with an dog. I was told that the dog that was here was a pitbull and it's not suppose to be on the property, which doesn't make sense because it's a lab, one of the friendliest breeds. Now I have been told that I have too pay for the dog even though it's visiting. I don't have a problem giving the paperwork on the dog while it's here, but I refuse to pay, when there are illegals dogs living on the premises and management knows, simply because I reported the illegal animals and they are still here. Those illegal dogs on the property right now don't have paperwork because pitbulls are illegal in PG Country. This needs to be taken care of immediately. It should've been taken care of when addressed the first time with management, but they didn't care. Even the receptionist knows of the illegal animals on the property, because when I called to report it she already knew but wasn't even the same apartment for an illegal pits on the property. This issue needs to be taken care of, I have been very patient with the property management but this is absurd. If any dog get attacked by a pit or illegal vicious dog on the peppery, Henson Creek will be at fault, and all this it's avoidable as long as management removes these dangerous dogs from the property. I would appreciate if I can get a response back via email or phone which will both be listed below, because management is now sending me another letter about this issue which started on Friday September 27, 2019 or if Morgan Properties can deal with this manner for me please.
