Toilet overflowing-- wearing rain boots in bathroom on Friday night. I called Emergency Maintenance @9:26 pm 25 June 2021. Maintenance was so very unprofessional and verbally abusive. He said why are you calling I am in overtime-- You NEED to wait until tomorrow morning. I said Sir---- I only have one toilet. Toilet is overflowing. Don't want water to go downstairs. Maintenance Hung the phone in my ear. SMH Unbelievable!!!! User's recommendation: BEWARE.
