I can't get a hold of anyone live to even begin to ask any questions. That goes for the IRS as well. I was given a tracer number and told to call back by June 28th. I've got no answers, and my federal and state. We're both submitted and excepted February 17th. I have the emails.This is just ridiculous, and I'm getting more pissed by the day. User's recommendation: This was my 3rd year using them, it won't happen again!
