Unemployment refund

Can you please help us find out about our refund from the irs with the unemployment. We had filed before they changed it. But you cant talk to any DAM body and when you do hold the phone line it finally says sorry call back later. So trying to find out when and how much we could be getting back. Thank You for your help.
