Turbo tax should have been prepared for the IRS delays and made arrangements to not have the fee deducted this year per normal policy Of a refund not being received by a certain time . This is the pandemic and people are struggling an unexpected withdrawal out of an account right before school starting is a hardship . I will never ever use Turbo Tax again . I was s loyal customer for 10 plus years shame on you User's recommendation: DO NOT USE.
