No problems!! Got a HUMAN BEING right away ( I LOVE that!!) She looked up my information and gave me what I needed in minutes!! User's recommendation: Be nice first--remember the person on the phone is not the real issue--just a person with a job just like us-- re: issue--delivery not overnight, but products are worth their price.
